Support Scientific Research Through Increased Funding of the FNIH and Reagan-Udall Foundations

The FDA and NIH are required to transfer a minimum of $500,000 to a maximum of $1,250,000 to their non-profit foundations each fiscal year. H.R. 3743 increases that amount to a minimum of $1,250,000 and a maximum of $5,000,000. The FDA and NIH foundations produce essential research and technology, and increasing the funding for these foundations will only expand their output. I encourage supporting H.R.3743 for the benefit of scientific advancement.
