Protect the Flores Act!

This bill prohibits federal funds from being used to violate a 1997 agreement, which is commonly known as the Flores settlement agreement, which imposes requirements related to the treatment of detained alien minors. Prominent to current events at our Southern border, it retains protections for the duration of time that individuals of certain ages are able to be detained.
