Whether it be a Federal or local endeavor, focused environmental projects often produce great results. Legislative efforts like this one to combat ocean pollution at the Point Loma Wastewater Plant have simple goals and effectively achieve impacts. This Bill has passed the House and proposes a concentrated effort to reduce ocean pollution from a San Diego wastewater plant, including the installation of a pretreatment plant. I recommend the support of this Bill.
